Will you come to my home to give me a free estimate?

We are happy to come to your home, but many times we can give you an estimate right over the phone if you have taken some basic measurements.  If you would like a free estimate, please CLICK HERE.

How much experience do you have in supplying window coverings?

Ted’s Discount Blinds has been providing quality products and service for 15+ years and has successfully installed over 10,000 window coverings including all types shutters, blinds, shades and sunscreens.

How do I know your products will last?

We handcraft all of our own wood shutters in order to ensure quality and use only the most reputable suppliers for blinds, shades and sunscreens.  In addition, almost all of our products come with a limited lifetime warranty.

How do I know your price is competitive?

Here at Ted’s Discount Blinds we do not use a middle man, we maintain a very low overhead and we install all of our own products in order to control costs.  We challenge you to find a better over all value.

Installation

What type of materials do you use?

For our wood shutters, we use only natural woods and handcraft all parts of the shutters on site in Peoria, AZ.  Our blinds and shades use a variety of high quality materials based on your budget.

Do you contract out the installation?

We do all of our own installations to ensure accuracy, fit and the best possible final product.

Delivery

What is the typical production time for wood shutters?

Production time for shutters varies based on order complexity and size, but typically runs about 3-5 weeks.

What is the typical production time for blinds and shades?

Most blinds and shades can be produced and installed in less than 3 weeks.

Payment

What are your payment terms?

We require 50% deposit at time of order and the remaining balance at installation.

What forms of payment do you accept.

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
