Ted is personally involved as the owner and he is the type of guy that makes sure that everything his company does, would meet his expectations for his own home – and he has high expectations. I have used Ted in both of our last two homes on all of our window treatments from metal blinds to wood blinds to honeycombs and he always delivers! John V.

Ted does all installation himself to ensure it is done properly. One of our windows had a hollow space above it and it was difficult to get a secure hanging. He made sure he advised me to watch for any signs of loosening, and to give him a call if any problems arise. Heather C.

Once we wrote the check he re-measured every window AGAIN, I guess some places won’t measure every one if some are the same size, but Ted’s Discount Blinds measures every window because even tho they may be the same size windows, they could be off 1/4″ – 1/2″.
